NFT URI Extension with dynamic levels.

Harvest Level Protocol is an extension of NFT Harvest Protocol that uses the URI Extension Protocol to reflect the NFT's current harvestable amount as a dynamic "Level" Attribute in the NFT's metadata. As the harvestable amount increases, the level attribute increases as well. A level base amount is set to define the level reflected per amount of harvestable token claim.

For example, if a base level amount of 1000 tokens is set, an NFT with a harvestable claim of 7500 tokens, will reflect a Level Attribute of 7 in the NFT's metadata.
